KING OF THE OLYMPIANS
|
Zeus (called Jupiter by the Romans) is the undisputed King of the Olympian gods. He was the source of all heavenly manifestations, at will causing rain, drought, good weather and bad weather. He commanded tempests and created storms, and nobody dared challenge his fearsome thunderbolts. Because many students asked me real nicely to KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid), I am now providing two separate Zeus pages - One is short and sweet, with some concise info and a couple of pix, and the other is more detailed, with a ton of facts and pictures, created for those who have too much time on their hands...or a real tough teacher...:) So choose your Thunderbolt Level, so to speak...If you're in a hurry and just want to give Zeus a quick once-over, click on the bolt marked Just the Facts, Please. On the other hand, if you prefer to research Zeus at leisure, check out the link named All About Zeus. Or visit both Zeus pages, you may find just the perfect tidbit or picture... Good luck on your reports and projects! Go get that A+! |
